To garlic add red chilli powder & salt grind them do not add water.... cut the baby brinjals in a pulse shape just like bagara baigan and stuff the garlic paste. In a pan pour oil and fry them till they cook on a medium flame. This goes excellent with chapathis pulkas and as a side dish with dal rice...
