Cinamon Stick 1 Piece
Cardamom 2 Piece
Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Tamarind 1/2 Teaspoons
Khas Khas 1 Teaspoons
Saunf 1 Teaspoons
Coconut 1/4 Cup
Chopped Tomatoes 2 Numbers
Sliced Onions 1 Big
Boiled Eggs 4 Numbers
Oil To Cook 3 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 12 Leaf
Coriander Leaves Chopped 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Green Chilli Sliced 2 Piece


boil eggs for 10-12 mins in a pan and cut them in to 2 halves and keep aside.make a thick paste out of the coconut,saufn, tamarind,khas khas,turmeric,red chilli powder and garam masala and salt.Take a pan add the oil and when it gets hot add jerra,then add the cardamom,love and cinamon and then add the onions and the slit green chilli and curry leaves and fry till onions turns pink then add the ginger garlic pasete and fry for few seconds then add the chopped tomatoes the fry it for fwe mins till it gets soft,then add salt to taste and then add the paste on low flame and fry for few seconds then add 1 1/2 cups water and then bring it to a boil and add the boiled eggs and coriander and simmer it and cover it for 5-7 mins.The dish is ready to serve.
