I am a bachelor living with friends. I tried this recipe and it turned out to be really good. I used a bit excess of 'garam masala' and the result was somewhat spicy cauliflower curry. Turned out to be really good. Thanks!

HI this dish was very nice and tasty but the thing i want to share is make sure the ingredients measures are perfect.

I made mild changes, like shallow frying (Beleive me, the whole dish took up less than quarter cup of oil)the veges and adding just a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste(as my family members are against the strong flavour), the dish was perfect with Jeera rice, even my toddlers could enjoy it, coz' it's less spicy. Thank you very much for the recipe.
