Recipe of corn curry

Hing 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 To Taste
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Mustard Seed 1 Teaspoons
Oil/ghee 1 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Green Chilli 1
Garlic(chopped) 1 Teaspoons
Garlic(nicely Chopped) 4 Clove
Onion(medium)_minced Chopped) 1 Numbers
Corn 2 Cup
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Corn Pieces 4-5
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves 4-5 Leaf
Tomato 2 Numbers


Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed,when its popping ,add onion,cook till its became golden brown or it done. Add green chilli,ginger garlic, mix well. Add tomato,cook till done. Now add all dry masala&little amount of water, cook for some time. Add corn & corn pieces,mix well&cook for some time. Now add inough water&perssur cook it,till done. Garnish with coriandre leaves&cream, serve hot withchapati,nan...... To cut corn take a big sharp knife&cut pices out of it.

You can also use baby corn.

Have just seen the recipe - The least you can do is to check the recipe for type-Os. Garlic is mentioned twice in the ingredients and suddenly ginger and cream appear in the method. Poor English and not professional at all.
