1 Large Carton Of Fresh Youghurt 1 Bottle
1 Teaspoon Of Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
1 Table Spoon Of Fresh Ground Corriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
1 Big Bunch Of Fresh Corriander 1 Bunch
1 Teaspoon Of Salt 1 Teaspoons
Olive Oil 1 To Fry
2 Teaspoon Of Cumin Powder 2 Teaspoons
4 Cloves Of Garlic 1 Piece
2 Inch Cube Of Fresh Ginger 1 Piece
1 Large Onion 1 Piece
1 Kg Chicken Cubed 1 Grams
Fresh Ground Almonds 1 Bag
2 Teaspoon Of Tumeric 2 Teaspoons
1 Tea Cup Of Water 1 Cup
3 Boiled Eggs Split In Half 3 Piece

Directions

Liquidise the onion, garlic, fresh corriander and ginger to make a paste. Heat your oil about one tea cup and dont let it get too hot. Add the paste and cook slowly for about 4 minutes. Add cumin,corriander powder,chilli powder,salt and tumeric and keep stirring. Add the chicken and bolied eggs and water and keep stirring for about 4 - 5 minutes.The sauce will start to become thick and sticky. Add the yoghurt and keep on low hear for about 15 mintes. Keep stirring all the time. Add ground almonds to thicken the sauce and add more chopped fresh corriander before your serve. Serve it on rice for a superb meal
