Recipe of crispy chiken

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Aginomoto half Teaspoons
Red Chilli Sauce 3 Teaspoons
Black Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
Chicken Boneless Cubes 250 Grams


1.Take a bowl,marinate chicken with all above ingredients,for 20 mins,take spring rolls sheet cut into two ,it will b in a rectriangular shape,now take a knife do a cut vertically & now take this patti on news paper put 2 to 3 cubes of marinated chicken roll it add egg wash ,close it &press it wih hand softly,refrigrate it for 5 minutes now your crispy chiken is ready to fry,deep fry it till golden brown,remov it on tissue ,serv it ht with ketch up,chilli garlic sauce,or with mint chutney.

Recipe Tips

u can add 1tsp of cornflour in marination to keep it tight
