Ingredients used in crispy chiken
• Aginomoto - half teaspoons.
• Red chilli sauce - 3 teaspoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Chicken boneless cubes - 250 grams.
Method:
1.Take a bowl,marinate chicken with all above ingredients,for 20 mins,take spring rolls sheet cut into two ,it will b in a rectriangular shape,now take a knife do a cut vertically amp; now take this patti on news paper put 2 to 3 cubes of marinated chicken roll it add egg wash ,close it amp;press it wih hand softly,refrigrate it for 5 minutes now your crispy chiken is ready to fry,deep fry it till golden brown,remov it on tissue ,serv it ht with ketch up,chilli garlic sauce,or with mint chutney.
