Recipe of Dhaba Ghost

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Yogurt 20 Grams
Red Chilli Powder 10 Grams
Garam Masala 5 Grams
Tomato Puree 50 Large
Tomato 3 Numbers
Onion 3 Numbers
Mutton With Bones Cut Into Medium Sizes Part And Washed 250 Grams
Refined Oil 50 ml
Red Chillies 2 Numbers
Salt to taste
Chopped Corriander 5 Grams


Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add mutton and let it cook till pale. Add onion, tomatoes and puree. Stir well and then add garam masala, yugurt, whole red chillies , red chili pwder and salt. Let if simmer for 40 mins, stirring occassionaly. Ensure it does not stick to the pan Once the mutton is cooked through, garnish with corriander and adjust salt
