Recipe of Egg Curry

Cumin Seeds half Teaspoons
Garlic 7-8 Numbers
Cilantro 5 Springs
Cream (optional) 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala half Teaspoons
Turneric Half half Teaspoons
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Tomatoes Medium Size 2 Numbers
Onion 1 Big
Boiled Eggs 6 Numbers
Fennel Seeds half Teaspoons
Green Chillies 2 Numbers
Curry Powder 1 Teaspoons

Directions

Heat oil in a pan add fennel and cumin seeds,when they start spluttering add onions and green chillies . When the onions turns slightly brown add garlic and let that turn slightly brown too.Now add chilli,turmeric and curry powder and add little water.After 2 minutes add tomato puree and stir for 5 minutes till the oil separates.now add cream (optional but tastes good if you add it) and salt and stir. Add eggs cut into halves and sprinke garam masala powder.Garnish with cilantro.
