Description: being a vegetatarian i always wish to have eggless cake.but now i have searched the same by trying on.its tasty and good.

Recipe of eggless cake

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Dry Fruits And Cherry To Taste
Condensed Milk 2 Cup
Eno 2 Teaspoons
Baking Powder 2 Teaspoons
Makai Aata,all Purpose Flour,suji Equal Raio 2 Cup
Coconut Powder 1 Tablespoons
Milk 3 Cup

Directions

all dry things mix together properly by any convinent method.keep aside.kake mik little hot sothat milkmaid can be properly mixed in it .take little dry flour and mix dry fruit nuts in it and keep aside.now take big bowl and put all maida and suji etc.make big hole in center and put milkmaid mixture in it. wait for 7 mintues till milk disappeared from center.now with the help of forg mix it properly.the consistencey should be like a pakora.now mix eno in it stir well. you can make it in oven or microoven.for microoven keep 12mintues and for oven ,Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tin inside. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until golden.Poke with a skewer and check. Cool a little. Invert on wire rack. Cool completely before doing icing if any. Serve warm with any tea.

Recipe is first class. but i want to try it. i have 800watts microwave oven with adjustment of low, medium, high, defrost. So, as you told in video, it should be kept for 15min at 400 Fahrenheit. please guide me how long should i keep the mixture in this oven and at what adjustment (low or medium or high or defrost).
