Recipe of garlic egg curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Tamarind Water 1 Lbs
(fenu Greek+fennel+chilly+coriander)powder each 1 Tablespoons
Garlic 20 Numbers
Small Onion 7 Numbers
Fenugreek 1 Tablespoons
Mustard 1 Tablespoons
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Water 1 ml
Egg 2 Numbers
Salt Pinch


Before heating the pan,mix all these(fenu greek+fennel+chilly+coriander)powder in water as an paste and keep it aside.Now heat the pan add oil to it,when the oil is ready add mustard, wait till it pop out, then add fenu greek then add onion ,wait till it becomes slight brown, then add garlic ,let it also turns slight brown,Now add the paste which is mix and kept aside (see to that it should be an thick paste)stir it ,then wait until it gives out its oil then add tamarind water with salt,leave it to set.after 5min it will become thick, at this stage add egg to it (without breaking the york,as we use for half boil ),Now do not disturb it by string ,now sprinkle salt,cap the pan for 3 to 4 mins,Now open it you will et an delicious garlic egg curry.SERVE IT WITH RICE.
