ONIONS 2 Numbers
TOMATOES 2 Numbers
SALT To Taste
RED CHILLI POWDER 2 Tablespoons
HALDI POWDER 1 Tablespoons
DHAINYA POWDER 2 Tablespoons
MALAI 1-1/2 Tablespoons
OIL 1 To Fry

Directions

Cut karela round in shape. Salt karela and keep aside for 1/2 hour and wash it . Cut a large Onion long. Heat oil in a pan, and fry onion till pink in colour. Cut tomotoes and add , saute for few min. add salt, red chilli powder haldi powder, dhaniya powder, and mix for few min.Then add karela and mix them. Don’t let it burn and cover till almost done. Keep stirring in between.Add malai and mix it for few min. and off the gass.
