Ingredients of KARELA

KARELA  4 Numbers
ONIONS  2 Numbers
TOMATOES  2 Numbers
SALT   To Taste
RED CHILLI POWDER  2 Tablespoons
HALDI POWDER  1 Tablespoons
DHAINYA POWDER  2 Tablespoons
MALAI  1-1/2 Tablespoons
OIL  1 To Fry

Cut karela round in shape. Salt karela and keep aside for 1/2 hour and wash it . Cut a large Onion long. Heat oil in a pan, and fry onion till pink in colour. Cut tomotoes and add , saute for few min. add salt, red chilli powder haldi powder, dhaniya powder, and mix for few min.Then add karela and mix them. Don?óÔé¼Ôäót let it burn and cover till almost done. Keep stirring in between.Add malai and mix it for few min. and off the gass.
