Recipe of karim chicken
|mint leaves||good amount||Bunch|
|garam masala||one tea spoon||Numbers|
|ginger garlic paste||3 tea spoons||Teaspoons|
|red chilli powder||3 tea spoons||Teaspoons|
take one kg chicken and add salt and chilli powder and ginger garlic paste, and keep it for about ten minutes and then add chicken masala and add mint leaves and curd in to it and leave it for 10 mins. then take oil in the pan and add chopped onions and keep it until it becomes transparent then add ginger garlic paste and salt and after some time add tomatoes which are added ass small pieces and then keep it for few minutes until gives paste like consistancy . then transfer the marinated chicken in to this and stirr untill the all the chicken is covered by the tomato paste and then keep it for 15 minutes and then add coriander leaves and serve hot.
