Meal Maker masala is a typical masala gravy curry, made by using soya chunks(meal maker) and Capsicum(bel peppers), It goes well with chapathis, naan, and rice as well,

Recipe of Meal Maker Mirchi Masala

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Peanuts quarter Cup
Coriander Powder 2 Teaspoons
Turmeric half Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Chilly Power 2 Teaspoons
Whole Spices(optional) few
Coriander Leaves quarter Cup
Tomato Puree half Cup
Chilly (finely Chopped) 4 Numbers
Onions(pasted) 2 Numbers
Capsicum (bell Peppers) 2 Numbers
Soya Chunks(meal Maker) 50 Grams
Curd(optional) quarter Cup
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Garam Masala Powder 1 Teaspoons


soak soya chunks in warm water for few minutes, wash and squeeze them and keep a side, dry roast peanuts and make a fine paste(add little water ) now pour oil in a pan, let it heat, add whole spices saute them a little and add onion paste, chopped chilly, and saute them till golden color, add turmeric and ginger garlic paste, saute a little, now add bell peppers & saute for few minutes, now add soya chunks(meal maker) and keep it for few mins ( keep stirring in the middle) mean while take tomato puree in a bowl and add peanut paste to it, add salt chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, curd, and mix it finely, add milk if want more gravy(optional). now add this sauce to the pan and mix it well, add water depending upon ur consistency, and simmer it for few minutes, check the salt, add coriander leaves, and Its done..!! enjoy with naans, roti, rice..
