Recipe of Methi Matar Paneer Bhurji

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Methi Chopped 1 Cup
Matar 1 Cup
Paneer Shredded 1 Cup
Tomato Puree 1/2 Cup
Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Onions Chopped 1/2 Cup
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
Kitchen King Masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste 1/2


In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and cumin seeds, brown onions and add ginger garlic paste. Add all the spices and fry for 1 min. Then add chopped methi, stir fry, add tomato puree and again stir fry. Add shredded paneer and heavy whipping cream. Cover and let it cook for 10 min.
