Recipe of Murgh Malai OR PANEER MALAI TIKKA

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Green Chilly Finely Chopped 1 Teaspoons
Grated Cheese 2 1 Tablespoons
Ginger- Garlic Paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt ¾ Teaspoons
Fresh Cream 1 Cup
Chicken Boneless/ Paneer 250 Grams
Chopped Green Coriander Strands 1 Teaspoons
Vinegar ½ Cup

Directions

• Cut chicken or Paneer in to 1x1x1 inch size cube. • Add ginger garlic paste and Vinegar to chicken Cubes. • Marinate it for 5-10 min. • Add remaining all the ingredients to the marinade. • Transfer the Marinade to the nonstick pan. • Cook on high flame till the masala is well coated to chicken or Paneer pieces • Cook till the masala slightly separates the ghee.

Recipe Tips

Do not over cook chicken or Paneer . Over cooking will make chicken/ Paneer hard
