Cloves 5 Clove
Corindear Leave {dainya Leaves} 1/2 Bunch
Cinniom 1 Clove
Cardamon 1 Clove
TUMERIC PODER 1/2 Teaspoons
Tomato 1 Numbers
Dry Cocunt Poweder 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
Water 2 Cup
Oil 5 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Corindear Leave {dainya Leaves} 1/2 Bunch
Black Pepper 15 Clove
Garlic 10 Clove
Giner 1 inche Clove
Mushroom 1 Bag
Curry Leaves 10 Clove
Red Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
Green Chilly 5 Numbers
Onion 2 Numbers
Lemon Juice Optional 1/2 Slice

Directions

take a blender jar add ginger ,garlic ,black pepper,cinnamon, cardamon ,cloves, turmeric, chilly-powder , Diannya powder, green chilly ,coriander leaves , dry coconut powder, tomato ,water and blend and make a fine paste keep aside ,then dice onion into long slice mushroom into 2slices heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds , curry leaves,onion sliced , mushroom, salt, and fry till it cooks 30 % later add the masala which is blended in a jar add 2 cup of water cook finely till oil ous out finally add coriander leaves cook for another 10 seconds will serving add lemon juice if you desire{optional}

fry onion till it turn golden color with out adding salt add it after adding mushroom
