Recipe of Mushroom Rolls

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Pepper Powder 1/8 Teaspoons
Finely Chopped Mushrooms 4 Cup
Finely Chopped Celery 1/4 Cup
Boiled Peas 1/4 Cup
Butter 4 Tablespoons
Cream 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour 4 Tablespoons
Egg, Beaten 1 Numbers
Minced Garlic 1/4 Teaspoons
Chopped Onion 2 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons
Bread Slices 10-12 Slice
Salt To Taste


  1. Saute chopped mushrooms in butter for 2-3 min

  2. Add onion, and saute for 3 mins.

  3. Let it cool
  4. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic cream

  5. Blend it well
  6. Cook the mixture till it thickens

  7. Add peas, celery, lemon juice
  8. Stir for 2-3 mins
  9. Let the mixture cool
  10. Flatten the bread slices with rolling pins

  11. Spread the mushroom mixture over the slices (in the center)

  12. Roll up the bread covering the mixture

  13. Refrigerate for two hour the rolls

  14. Cut into halves the rolls
  15. Put butter over the rolls
  16. Place it in greased baking dish
  17. Bake at 400 <>supo C for 25-20 mins., till golden brown

  18. Place it the plate and garnish with shredded carrots and cheese

  19. Serve with chips
