its a recipe made by me ,with mixing various stuffs with paneer which i'll be discussing. its a 100% vegetarian dish which goes with chapati, naan, parantha, fried rice ,roti.

Recipe of Paneer Achary

Red Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons
Sugar 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Sahi Paneer Masala 1 Tablespoons
Butter 100 Grams
Mango Pickle 20 Grams
Yogurt(dahi) 150 Grams
Tomatoes 3 Numbers
Onions 3 Numbers
Paneer 500 Grams
Kasuri Methi Bunch
Red Chili (tarka) 3 Numbers

Directions

Cut the paneer in suitable size and marinate them with salt , turmeric and pinch of chili powder for about 10 mins and shallow fry them in oil (vegetable oil recommended) util they turn golden now after they are done put them away to cool . Chop onions and tomatoes and fry the in the oil util golden add salt to taste ,sugar ,red chili powder ,crush and add the mango pickle and sahi paneer masala, add the yogurt and cook it in gentle flame for 5 mins add the kasuri methi, butter and again dook for 1 mins add the paneer now bring it to a boil and now turn the flame off add the tarka for which heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil and add 3 red chilies and put it in the curry . h Serve it hot with naan, roti ,chapati, parnatha, fried rice.

this recipe developed suddenly when i decided to turn vegetarian and make a new recipe out of paneer using curd , as i was bored eating the same rich ,sweet sahi paneer made by my mother so i decided not to eat that thing again in order of which i made this 1
