Popcorn panner makes a great appetizer. it is basically like nuggets only smaller .by using bread crumbs is it leaves the chicken bits nice and crispy. The paneer pieces are double breaded and then fried in the deep fryer. You can cut the paneer up however you want; either into bigger or smaller pieces.
Recipe of POPCORN PANEER WITH HOMEMADE CHEESE

|Grated Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)||1||Cup|

|Grated Cheese (any Processed Cheese0||1/2||Cup|
2. Add little water in one portion of the flour quantity and make a smooth paste free of lumps. Drop the small dumpling into the flour batter and coat them well. Remove and drop into the other portion of the dry flour and keep aside. Coat the entire dumplings in the same process.
3. Heat oil in and pan and when the oil is hot, fry the coated dumplings on medium hot oil until they turn slight golden in colour and crisp. For the popcorn masala, in a bowl,
4. add chaat masala, parmesan cheese (optional), marjoram and oregano, mix the spices together and sprinkle over the fried popcorn paneer.
