Desi Ghee 100 Grams
Mooli Leaves 150 Grams
Shaljam Leaves 200 Grams
Gajar Leaves 300 Grams
Palak 300 Grams
Sarson 1000 Grams
Red Chilli 1 To Taste
Salt To Taste
Cheese/paneer 40 Grams


take all the leaves , garlic, ginger, green chilli and boil them in open pan till done and make the paste .Add desi ghee , onion , salt , red chilli and makai ka atta to the pan stir till onions turns light brown than add the paste cook on a slow flame for 10 mnts.garnish with grated cheese or paneer.
