Recipe of VANKAYA KOTHHIMIRA KHARAM

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt To Taste
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Greenchillies 10-12 Numbers
Coriander Leaves 4 Bunch
Brinjal 2 Big
Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds 1 Tablespoons

Directions

First wash the coriander leaves ,then cut the greenchillies into half .Then put both the coriander leaves and greenchilles with pinch of turmeric and salt to taste in the foodprocessor and mix it well .Then take the brinjal and cut them into half from middle ,then cut each piece opposite in direction to stuff the coriander and greenchillies paste.Stuff the paste in all the brinjals .Heat some oil in the pan ,mix some cumin seeds and mustard seeds.Then put the stuffed brinjals in the pan and let them cook until they are done in a medium flame. Then serve the dish for lunch or dinner with hot rice. Really this tastes very yumm.................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Every one will love to eat.
