Recipe of Vermicelli Biryani

Boil the vermicelli in water according to the instructions in the packet. Drain and place in cold water so that it stops cooking( you do not want it overcooked) . keep aside. Take a presure cooker Add Ghee/oil . Add the cinnamon stick , onion, tomato, g.g.paste, salt and all the masalas except curd. add the meat to the mixture and pour enough water to cook the meat.cook the meat for around 3 whistles on high and simmer for 10 mins till meat is soft. After the meat is done add the curd and make like a thick gravy . Then mix in the vermicelli and simmer for 10 mins (stir frequently). vermicelli biryani is ready to eat
adjust meat quantity according to your needs. and pplace vermicelli in cold water after it is cooked perfectly - it will seperatethe vermicelli.
