Ingredients used in Mutton Cauliflower Recipe
• Mutton pieces - 500 grams.
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Cut the mutton into small pieces and cauliflower into florets.
  • Fry the chopped onions in the oil until golden brown.
  • To this, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Also, add chopped tomatoes and yogurt, cook until tomatoes get tender.
  • Then add cauliflower, chili powder, salt, and cook until all the water evaporates.

Serve with fried rice with cilantro on it.
