Ingredients used in Broad Beans Vadalu
• Water - as required.
• Broad beans - 1 cup.
• Dry red chilies - 3 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Curd/yogurt - 1 cup.
• Brown onions - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add water, broad beans and cook it for 4 minutes and transfer into a blender and by adding dry red chilli, ginger, garlic, green chillies and make a coarse paste.
  • In abowl add grounded mixture, coriander leaves, curd, brown onions, salt, baking soda and mix it well and make it like patties.
  • Deep fry in hot oil.

Serve it with pickle.
