Ingredients used in Cabbage Puttu
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 8 leaf.
• Cabbage - 2 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:
1.Chop onions ,Green chillies,garlic and curry leaves finely. 2.Chop Cabbage into thin pieces. 3.Take a pan add more oil,fry cumin seeds,onions,green chillies and curry leaves and garlic till it turns traslucent. 4.Add goes and and fry along with the above ingredients and add salt and turmeric powder 5.Add water and cook for 10 min.
