Ingredients used in Corn Mushroom Rice
• Butter - 4 piece.
• Sweetcorn - 1 cup.
• Cinnamon stick - 1-2 pieces.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Mushroom - 1 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooked rice - 2 cups.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan and add sweetcorn. Saute it adding cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saute it for another 2minutes and then add finely chopped green chilies. Now add mushroom pieces, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt. Add cooked rice and mix it nicely. Mix it for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame. At last add coriander leaves. Serve it with raita.
