CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients used in CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed dry herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Burger bun - 1 number.
• Onion (sliced) - 1 number.
• Tomato(sliced) - 1 number.
• Cabbage(shredded) - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon.
• Mayonese - 2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Firstly cut the chicken in to small cubes and season it with salt, pepper, mixed dry herbs, garam masala, chilli powder and mix altogether.
  • Now add maida, corn flour and by sprinkling some water make it like a patty and deep fry it in oil till it is nice and crispy.
  • Then apply a Butter to a burger bun, roast them in a hot pan till it get a light golden color and transfer in to a plate.
  • On top the bun put onion rings, tomato slices, cabbage, tomato ketchup, mayonese, fried burger and pour some tomato ketchup, put some more onion rings tomato rings, moyonese and finally cover it with another bun and serve.
