Ingredients used in danelawoon methi
• Green coriander - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Peanut - 1 cup.
• Methi leaves - 5 cup.
Method:
Make a paste in blender of roasted peanut,green chilli, garlic and coriander leaves. For tadka, put oil in pan , add cumin seeds till they crackle, add paste. saute it till oil bubbles come out. Add washed methi and let it cook for five min. then add 2 cup water and add salt. Eat bhaji with chapati.

Hi Jyothi... The receipe looks interesting and easy to make. I tried it out but the danelawoon methi bhaji turned out to be bitter. any suggestions to avoid bhaji from turning bitter / to lose the bitterness of methi. Should the methi not be cov
