Ingredients used in dewanni handi
• Coriander pd - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin pd - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric pd - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli pd - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 5 small.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Potatoes cut into cubes - 5 small.
• Tomatoes chopped - 4 small.
• Chicken washed and cut into cubes - 1 large.
• Garam masala pd - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions chopped - 4 small.
• Whole garam masala - 1 pkt small.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
Method:
take a deep vessel and put all the ingeridents except the corinder leaves mix well put on fire and cook on slow medium add little water according to the thickness you want and cook till done , remove it and garnish it with coriander leaves. serve it with rice, or chappati
