Ingredients used in drumsticks with milk
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Chopped onions - 2 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Tender drumsticks - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Milk - 500 ml.
Method:
cut tender drumsticks into desired pieces. Take a pan, put some oil to heat, add onions, pinch of salt and saute them. Add chillie powder, turmeric powder to it. Add drumsticks and fry for 20 secs. Now add Milk to this and bring to boil. Do not keep any lid to the pan. and the gravy gets thicken and oil oozes out. now the curry is ready.
