Ingredients used in fish pittu
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Cloves - 5 numbers.
• Elaichi/cardamon - 4 numbers.
• Big onion chopped finely - 1 numbers.
• Garlic chopped finely - 3 tablespoons.
• Tuna/tilapia fillets or shark meat - 4 numbers.
• Masala powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 ounces.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garlic crushed - .
Method:
Steam the fish fillets for 10mins then remove them n let them cool.now with the fork shredd the meat n keep aside NOTE:--; fish fillets doesnt have any fishbones so its safe incase u want to make it with with regular fish pc#39;s then while shredding the meat remove all the bones carefully) Heat the oil in a wide bottomed vessel. Add the elaichi,cloves,jeera, curry leaves Then add the chopped garlic n let it fry in simmer until the raw smell goes of Add the chopped onions n some salt n wait it it turns golden brown then add the shredded fish pc#39;s to this add some turmeric n left over salt. after its turning little brown then add the chilli powder n masala powder in the end add some freshly grounded garlic
