Ingredients used in Ginger Kuzhambu
• Sesame oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt to taste - .
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Tamarind paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 10 pods .
• Onion - 1 small.
• Ginger - 3 inch small.
• Musturd,fenugreek, cumin, curry leaves for seasoning - .
• Jaggery - pinch.
Method:

Cut onion and ginger and grind them. Heat oil and season it with musturd, fenugreek, cumin and curry leaves. Add garlic and fry for a bit. Now add the grind onion and ginger mixture. Saute for 1 minute and add tamarind paste. Boil for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens. Finally add a pinch of jaggery. This Kuzhambu goes well with rice.
