Goat Stew Recipe, How To Make Goat Stew Recipe

Ingredients used in Goat Stew
• Goat liver - 1 slice.
• Chicken liver or beef liver - 1 number.
• Sherry - half cup.
• Green peas - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1/4 cup.
• Red bell pepper - 1 number.
• Potato - 1 cup.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• White pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato sauce - half cup.
• Garlic - 6 cloves.
• Green olives - 1 cup.
• Hot sauce - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Olive oil - 1.5 cups.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Marinademeat in vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper.
  • In a pan fry potato cubes in olive oil and keep aside.
  • Then fry meat until brown in both sides. Add water, sherry and onions and simmer until tender.
  • In another pan, add olive oil and bay leaf, white pepper, red pepper and garlic. Then add tomato sauce and more water. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  • Meanwhile, brown the liver and then add to the paste.Add water and then add to the meat.
    Season with sugar and hot sauce, then add the olives and the green peas just before removing from heat.

Serve hot.
