Ingredients used in HEALTHY RASAM
• Pepper corn - 15 numbers.
• Tamarind - 4 numbers.
• Corriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Dried red chillies - 5 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 number.
• Dried ginger powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Curry leaves - 5 numbers.
• Hing - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and put ginger dried ginger coriander seeds red chillies black pepper tamarind tomato mix all these ingredients with water(how much rasam u want) and keep it on stove let them boil to 20 minutes.
  • After that,drain the water ie rasam extracted from those.
  • Add salt and take small kadai pour oil put jeera mustard seeds hing crushed garlic dried chillies curry leaves turmeric in the oil (thalimpu) put this hot mixture into rasam.
