Ingredients used in Kashmiri fried rice
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Rice - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In a pan, add oil heat it and add egg, sprinkle some salt, chilly powder, fry them on both sides keep it aside.
  • In the same pan add cloves, cumin seeds, salt, ginger powder, red chilly powder, mix it and add rice toss it.

Serve this with a fried egg.
