Ingredients used in Lamb Tandrook
• Lamb - 1000 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 1 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 5-6 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 stricks.
• Black cardamoms - 4-5 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Yoghurt - 1 cup.
• Mustard oil - 1 cup.
• Water - 3 cup.
Method:

1.wash the lamb well and cut into desired sized pieces.

2.combine all the ingredients including lamb together and mix well.

3.cook over a low flame till the lamb gets fully done and the water is completely absorbed.serve hot
