Ingredients used in Lime Potato
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Onion chopped - 1 numbers.
• Potato - 4 numbers.
• Lemon - 4 drops.
Method:

1.Boil the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder 2.Smash the potatoes in a bowl 3.Add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well till all the ingredients dissolve properly 4.Now take a flat pan , Heat it and grease oil in it with some cloth 5.Grease oil in your hand and take a small amount of potato mixture 6.Make a roll and flatened like vada using your hand 7.Put it in pan wait for 2 mins turn it 8.It will be golden brown color 9.Serve it hot with mint chutney
