Ingredients used in methi leaves curry (dry)
• turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons.
• grated coconut(fresh) 1 Cup.
• coriander leaves 1 Tablespoons.
• curry leaves 1 Springs.
• fenugreek leaves(methi) 2 Bunch.
• peanut oil 2 Tablespoons.
• salt To Taste.
• garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
• red onion 1 Numbers.
How to make the recipe:
1.wash and take the leaves from the springs of methi and chop them fine 2.chop the onion . 3.take oil in the pan and add the onion and saute for a min or two when it is translusent and add methi leaves to it and curry leaves ,turmeric and coconut ,coriander leaves and garam masala and cook it without closing the lid as it may discolour the green colour. 4.u can serve them with chappati.
