Ingredients used in mint chicken
• Small onion paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Corriander - 1/2 cup leaf.
• Mint leaves - 1 cup leaf.
• Chicken chopped into small pieces - 500 kg slice.
• Spices - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
Method:

make mint amp; corriander leaves a fine paste, grind ginger garlic along with chillies and make a paste include small onions too. now add 3 tsp of oil to the pan, fry the spices, then add onion and ginger garlic paste with g.chillies. wait till it turns light brown, after that add green paste, let it boil till the oil comes out, finally add the chicken pieces, mix well amp; cover the lid for 15 mins, then open the lid, leave it open till it becomes thick gravy, mint chicken is ready. u can have with rice, chapati, roti...
