Ingredients used in mong dal with tomatos
• Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera,musturd,urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 5 numbers.
• Hing - little bit .
• Lemon - 1 numbers.
• Gingergarilc paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chillis - 2 drops.
• Green chillis - 4 numbers.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Tomatos - 2 small.
• Mong dal - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chllie powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Take one bowl add mong dal, Add 2 cup water to it and half bole it. Keep it aside. 2. Finely chop the tomato, onion and green chills. 3.Take a frying pan add little bit of oil, musterd seeds, jeera, ura dal, hing, red chillis, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and fry this. 4. Add onion, tomatos, little bit of salt, little bit of red chillie powder to this and fry it. 5. Add half boiled mong dal, add little bit of water to it and cook it in low flame. 6. After boiling the stuff add coriander leaves and little bit of lemon on top.
