Ingredients used in Mushroom Biryani
• Ginger and garlic paste - 6 tablespoons.
• Cardomoms (all other stuffs) - 2 numbers.
• Bay leafs - 5 numbers.
• Javitri - 3 numbers.
• Cinomon sticks - 3 numbers.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Coriander - 1/4 bunch.
• Mint - 1 bunch.
• Mixed veg ( carrot, peas, corn, green beans) - 150 grams.
• Potato - 250 grams.
• Mushrooms - 400 grams.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Oil - 50 grams.
• Rice - 5 cup.
• Black pepper, - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 4 tablespoons.
Method:

Heat the Oil in Flat pan and Put 2TBSP of ginger and garlic paste. Cut the Mushrooms into four halfs and heat deep fry them in ginger and garlic paste, add bit of salt and pepper and then take them out and keep them in a small bowl. Now take a deep and wide pan. Put a small amount of oil then add Javitri, green caredimom, bay leafs, cloves, cinemon stics, whole pepper and lightly fry them. Add 3/4 bunch Mint and 4TBSP of ginger and garlic paste, pinch of coriander leafs. Add biryani masala paste( coriyander seeds, jeera, whole pepper, colves, cinomon sticks, chana dal, curry leafs, oil, Yogurt, and all kind of masala stuffing grinded). fry them all and when it is half the way add peas, corn, carrot, mushrooms, potato. fry all the mixture for a while then add 5 glasses of rice (not boiled) to it. fry all the mixture after adding rice for two more minutes then add nearlly 7.5 to 8 glasses of water. add bit of butter, pinch of salt, balck peppe. stir it with water and close the lid. keep the flame in very Simmer mode. when it is 90% done add the safron water ( pinch of safron with 2 tbsp of milk, mix it properly and just pour it like two lines on top of 90% done biryani) again close the lid dont even close the lid. after few minutes ur biryani is done.
