Ingredients used in Mushroom SemiGravy
• Curry leaves - 5 numbers.
• Mustard - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Clove - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Mushroom (any kind) - 5 numbers.
• Aachi sambar powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Termeric - LITTLE pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Step 1: Take a Frying pan Add Oil, Mustard Once the mustard crackles add Clove(If u like add the whole Garam ) Add Curry leaves and Onion Fry Until onion becomes Golden Brown Add Tomatos and fry them until it is mashed Fry until it becomes into nice gravy Step 2: Add Sambar powder Fry them until oil ooses out. Step 3: Add Mushrooms and cook well Add coriander leaves and serve.
