Ingredients used in paneer capsicum curry
• Cuminpowder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Kasoorimethi - 3 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 2sliced numbers.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Onion - 1/2 cup.
• Tomoto - 1/2 cup.
• Capsicum - 1 cup.
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Tasting salt - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1.take the pan add little bit of oil and fry the paneer cubes keep them aside. 1.add some more oil to the pan then add cumin seeds ,kasoorimethi ,curry leaves,and sliced garlic stir them after getting nice smell from that 3.add finely chopped onions ,green chillies stir until they turn to golden brown now add chopped capsicum and tomoto again stir them for 10 min. 4.add ginger garlic paste ,coriander powder,cumin powder, red chilli powder ,tasting salt and salt 5.finally add paneer cubes n cover with lid for 5min remove the lid and fry them for 10min.
