Ingredients used in Pani-puri ka pani
• Imli pulp - 1 tablespoons.
• Jaggery sliced(as per taste) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder-if needed - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt as per taste - 1-2 pinch.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
Method:
Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste. Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated. Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes, dahi beaten if u want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
