Ingredients used in PAPAD PANEER MAKHINI
• Masala papad - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Paneer(grated) - 1 cup.
• Butter - 4 0.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Kasuri methi - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg - 2 pinch.
• Sugar - 2 pinch.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take masala papad and place it on wet cloth. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, onion, salt and saute it. Add spinach, red chili flakes, chickpea flour, paneer and saute stuffing mixture. Take the wet papad and place stuffing mixture and roll it. Heat 1 tablespoon oil with little butter, place stuffed papad then cook it on all sides and later transfer into a plate. Heat little more butter in the same pan and add ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, tomato, red chili powder, salt, tomato puree, little water and saute it. Add garam masala, nutmeg, sugar and saute it. To it add fried papad roll, fresh cream and place lid and cook it on slow flame for 2 minutes. Now papad paneer makhini is ready to serve.
