Ingredients used in Poached Eggs n Tomato
• Eggs - 8 numbers.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
• Tomatoes sliced - 4 numbers.
Method:

1.boil half the water in a saucepan; break each egg into a saucer; slip the eggs into the pan,hold the saucer close to the surface of the pan cook 2 eggs at a time.

2.cook for 2-3 minutes.

3.lift the eggs from the water with a slotted spatula.

4.season and serve with tomato slices and hot buttered toast.
