Ingredients used in KPSAMBARI
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves and curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coconut - half cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Moong dal - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - few drops.
Method:
Soak Moong dal for 3-4 hours and wash and drain water. Chop Cucumber, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves finely and add it to Moong Dal. Add the freshly grated coconut and salt to the moong dal. Season it by heating oil, add mustard and hing and add the seasoning to the moong dal. Just before eating add lemon juice.
