HOME MADE RAMEN NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients used in HOME MADE RAMEN NOODLE SOUP
• All purpose flour - 3/4 cup.
• Finger millet flour - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato puree - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Light soya sauce - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Msg - pinch.
• Ginger (slices) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (slices) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carrots (julian's) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• French beans(julian's) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Lettuce - 1/2 cup.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, finger millet flour, water and make a dough.
  • Dust some flour, roll the dough and fan fold and cut it into thin slices like as shown in video.
  • Place in boiling water pan and cook for 1 minute, transfer into a bowl and later spread on plate.
  • In a pan boil some water, add ginger, vinegar, light soya sauce, tomato puree, MSG, water, salt and boil it.
  • Remove ginger, garlic with a strainer and add blanched carrots, French beans in strainer and place in boiling soup.
  • In the serving plate arrange boiled noodles, lettuce, blanched vegetables and garnish with piece of boiled egg.
  • Now pour the soup on top of it.

Serve it hot.
