| • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoons. | |
| • Salt - 1 tablespoons. | |
| • Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons. | |
| • Garam masala powder - 2 tablespoons. | |
| • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons. | |
| • Chicken breast - 1 grams. | |
| • Crusty white bread rolls (round shaped) - 4 numbers. | |
| • Tamato - 1 numbers. | |
| • Red onion - 1 numbers. | |
| • Oil - 1 tablespoons. |
first fillet the chicken breast into half so that it forms a shape like heart. then portion that heart shape into 4 pieces in a bowl mix coriander powder, garam masala , chilli powder, salt ginger garlic paste. add portioned chicken breast to it. add 1 spoon oil to itleave the marination for minimum 30 min. grill the chicken breast on BBQ or take a fry pan add a bit oil when its sizzling place 4 chicken portions on the pan and cook them for 5 min and then turn then and cook for another 4 min. ( depending on your preference fry it a bit longer if u want) slice the tomato slice red onoin now add slice your bread rolls and put some shredded butter on bread and grill / on pan until rolls become crispy. now layer them as bread roll slice , tomato , onion , chicken tomato and bread roll
