Ingredients used in Pumpkin Rice
• Pumpkin - 200 grams.
• Green peas - 50 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 grams.
• Cooked rice - 2 cup.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • First grate pumpkin then takes some butter in a hot pan, then add sliced onions and salt.
  • Add green chilies chopped and curry leaves. Saute it.
  • Now add fresh green peas, grated Pumpkin and also some salt if needed. Saute it thoroughly and cook it for 5minutes till pumpkin is almost cooked.
  • Now add cooked rice and garam masala. Mix it properly and in the last add fresh coriander leaves.
  • Switch off the flame and serve hot.
